The Red Rune is a collection of short essays written between 1987 and 2001 for internal printing at the Temple of Set, the most significant Left Hand Path association in the United States, expanded and revised. The collection examines the following topics: the probable meaning and purpose of the Templars’ “Baphomet”; the erroneous attribution of the belief in transmigration of souls to Ancient Egypt; history of the origin and development of “satanic” organizations in North America; general history and worldview of the “Rune Guild” (an association of North American Odinist runologists) in the context of Setianism and in contrast to it. The consideration of the phenomenon of “unnaturalness”, separation from nature, as an exceptional and defining human ability deserves serious attention. The collection will be of interest to anyone interested in the development of philosophical thought in recent history.

The text of the book was translated from the original language using an artificial intelligence program. For the most part, the translation of the text is of very high quality, but in some cases, due to the imperfection of the technology, there may be incorrect phrase translations in the text, as well as single words and expressions may not be translated.
