The book is a complete and consistent presentation of the history, ideas, goals and methods of the most influential occult lodge of modern Germany, Fraternitas Saturni (formerly top secret until 1969, and then reorganized), superbly executed by a dedicated researcher: a doctor of German studies who sees the roots , by practicing magician Stefan Flowers, based on authentic internal documents of the lodge, which by chance became public knowledge. It is difficult to overestimate the scale of the work done in the first half of the 20th century to rethink and impart integrity to the so-called “Western magical tradition,” and, as it turns out, the hitherto little-known Brotherhood of Saturn played a very significant role in this matter. The magic of invocations and spells, sigils, chakras, Masonic ritual, the Law of Thelema, astrology, yoga and tantra, decorative imagery and magical technical apparatus - all this was present in the occult culture of that time, and all these means had to be studied and used in achieving eternal goals European tradition of the North. The Saturn Brotherhood has developed practical methods and structures to facilitate the magical transformation of society, and through it, the karmic cleansing of the Earth as a planetary entity. Similar problems are still on the agenda today, and this book will be doubly interesting in view of the emerging parallels with the so-called “magic of Chaos”, the analytical psychology of C. G. Jung and its modern practical extensions.
