I think every writer has had that moment when inspiration suddenly takes over. An idea appears that he cannot let go until it appears on paper. Only by expressing these thoughts can the writer move on. It is from such fleeting ideas that this collection was formed. These stories are not united by any common theme. Everyone exists on their own. The collection is titled with the title of my very first story. “Addiction”, “Hopelessness”, “Knock Knock”, “Wake Me When I Die”, “Diary of an Immortal”, “Magic City Casino”, “Pink Wind” and “The Cat Who Played Chess” are bright flashes of my inspiration.
The text of the book was translated from the original language using an artificial intelligence program. For the most part, the translation of the text is of very high quality, but in some cases, due to the imperfection of the technology, there may be incorrect phrase translations in the text, as well as single words and expressions may not be translated.
