In the series of spy stories “The Dead Sometimes Resurrect,” the action takes place in Russia and in a number of fictional states in the middle of the current century (not so distant future). The heroes are employees of the Federal Agency for Effective Technologies, abbreviated as FAET (analogue of the modern SVR). The series consists of three books: “Operation Serpent”, “Indigo Aura”, “Ufologist”. In “Ufologist” everything revolves around a substance unknown to science that can become an alternative source of energy.
