Ця книга справжня знахідка для тих, хто цінує глибокі психологічні портрети та детективні інтриги. Автор майстерно відтворює атмосферу 1982 року, занурюючи читача в світ радянських реалій, де кожен герой має свою історію, а кожна деталь має значення. Сюжет, що крутиться навколо загадкової смерті головного інженера, захоплює з перших сторінок і тримає в напрузі до самого кінця. Молодий опер Андрій Лаптєв стає справжнім втіленням рішучості та відваги, його внутрішні переживання та сумніви роблять його близьким і зрозумілим. Книга не лише розважає, але й змушує задуматися про складність людських відносин та моральні дилеми, які можуть виникнути в умовах тоталітарного суспільства. Незважаючи на деякі недоліки в перекладі, які незначно впливають на загальне враження, я б однозначно рекомендував цю книгу всім, хто хоче поринути в атмосферу епохи та відчути на собі всі переживання героїв.
