“Born of Sphinxes” is the second book by the poet Svetlana Maksimova. It includes poems written in 1990-1994 and the author’s graphics - pen drawings. The collection consists of two parts - “The Book of Wanderings” and “The Garden of Wanderings”, the poems are imbued with the mood of wanderings - spiritual and everyday. Some poems from this book were included in the anthology of original songs performed by Viktor Popov.
