The book contains an interdisciplinary study of the phenomenon of time within the framework of physics, metamathematics, philosophy and neurophysiology. The general conclusion is that the quantum uncertainty principle is a consequence of the singular present, which generates nonlocality and anisotropic physical time. In this case, the symmetry of imaginary time in quantum mechanics (the symmetry of the antipodes) receives an anthropic explanation. The main conclusion, based on the formalization of the stream of consciousness, allows us to generalize Gödel's formalism (the incompleteness theorem) to the entire neurolinguistic reality of the brain.
