The tenth volume of the Collected Works of the famous French writer Gustave Aimard (1818–1883) includes the novels “The Pathfinder” and “The Finger of God”, in which the author again turns to his favorite topic - Mexico in the first half of the 19th century.

Чудове продовження класики з невеликими недоліками
Цей десятий том Зібрання творів Гюстава Емара знову занурює читача в захоплюючий світ Мексики першої половини XIX століття. Романи «Слідопит» та «Перст Божий» вражають своєю глибиною, історичною достовірністю та яскравими персонажами, які залишають слід у пам’яті. Автор майстерно передає атмосферу того часу, дозволяючи читачеві відчути себе частиною подій. Хоча текст перекладено за допомогою штучного інтелекту, що іноді призводить до незначних недоліків у формулюваннях, загалом переклад є якісним і не заважає насолоджуватися сюжетом. Я б рекомендував цю книгу всім, хто цінує класичну літературу та історичні романи, адже вона відкриває нові грані творчості Емара і занурює в захоплюючий світ його героїв.
