Margarita Evensen is known to many as the author of favorite children's poems and songs (“Children guinea pigs asked the mother pig,” “Bunny, bunny, why are you sad?”, “Skvorushka says goodbye” and others). In contrast, Evensen’s “adult” poems are practically unknown: the author never published them during her lifetime.
