Книга "Станція Потсдам" переносить читача в один з найбільш драматичних періодів історії - кінець Другої світової війни. Автор майстерно описує атмосферу страху і відчаю, що панує в Берліні, де кожен день може стати останнім. Сюжет насичений напруженими моментами, які тримають у напрузі до останньої сторінки. Персонажі, зокрема Джон Рассел і його дівчина Еффі, викликають співчуття і симпатію, адже їх боротьба за виживання та спроби врятувати інших показують людяність навіть у найтемніші часи. Окремо варто відзначити якість перекладу, яка, незважаючи на деякі недоліки, не заважає насолоджуватися захоплюючим сюжетом. Рекомендую цю книгу всім, хто цікавиться історією та хоче відчути емоції, які переживали люди в ті страшні часи.
