A. S. Pushkin (1799–1837) - the greatest Russian poet, reformer and creator of new Russian literature, with unsurpassed beauty of poetic words, gave the language extraordinary lightness, sophistication and at the same time accuracy of expression of thought; brought folk speech closer to the literary language, which became the norm. The style of his works is recognized as a standard. Pushkin embodied his life and ideological quests in poems that reflected the breadth of interests - about friendship, homeland, nature, the laws of the universe - in a word, about everything that a person lives by - and the transformation of the poet’s views.
