A short monoplay, for staging 15–20 minutes on stage. But you can simply read this work, creating “theater in your head,” as the young playwright Anton Gorynin called his book. This story is about choice, about the relationship between father and son, about circumstances and guilt for the fact that, despite all the circumstances, one must not forget about one’s children. The story is tragic at its core. It is not very typical for me as an author, and I wrote it at the request “to write something about ordinary people.” I am sure that in our crazy world such stories are useful. They help you look at yourself as if in a mirror.
