This book is not about the philosophers of the past; This is a book for the philosophers of the future! For its main protagonists - George Berkeley (Chapter 1), Marie Jean Antoine Nicolas de Carita Marquis Condorcet and Thomas Robert Malthus (Chapter 2), Vladimir Kutyrev (Chapter 3). “For them,” since everything new is a well-forgotten old, and we can and should “interview” them about what worries us today. In the coordinates of the history of thought, within the framework of which the philosophy of Vladimir Aleksandrovich Kutyrev (1943-2022) should now be considered ), our contemporary, who passed away quite recently, he positioned himself as a Goethean, Marxist and Heideggerian; in the Russian tradition - as a follower of Konstantin Leontiev and Alexei Losev. The program of his thinking was oriented towards archaeo-avant-garde and anthropoconservatism, “philosophy (for) people”, “philosophy with a human face”. He was a real philosopher and, in general, a brave, extraordinary and outstanding man in every sense! The new history of philosophy does not consider the “actual” and the “forgotten” separately, but is interested in those cases in which they not only intersect, but directly coincide - in that “relevant” because it turned out to be “forgotten”, or “forgotten” because it was “relevant”. This is due, among other things, to the feeling that everyone who is in any way connected with philosophy has today—that philosophy is barely tolerated. But, as Ovid, the first of the authors of the Metamorphoses, said, “where there is no danger, pleasure is less pleasant.” This book uses history primarily to illuminate resonant philosophical questions and conflicts, connected by invisible threads with the present to a much greater extent than we tend to imagine today.
