Книга "Плато Диявола" вразила мене своєю динамічністю та оригінальним сюжетом. Автор майстерно поєднує елементи наукової фантастики, детективу та трилера, створюючи напружену атмосферу, яка тримає в напрузі до останньої сторінки. Персонажі, особливо Нора Келлі та Лукас Таппан, прописані дуже детально, і їхні мотивації та внутрішні конфлікти роблять їх надзвичайно реалістичними. Я була вражена, як автор вдало передає відчуття таємниці, що оточує Розуельський інцидент, і як розвивається сюжет навколо цієї загадки. Розкриття таємниць, які пов'язані з археологічними розкопками, виявляються не лише захоплюючими, але й небезпечними, що додає ще більше інтриги.
