Karl Bartz examines the history of the Luftwaffe from its founding to its complete defeat, detailing all significant operations involving German air units. The Luftwaffe inflicted enormous damage on the enemy. In Germany, an automated guidance system for night fighters was developed, superior in technical parameters to all foreign analogues of the Me-262 fighter, and in December 1944, the first launch of Cobras took place - manned missiles intended for use against enemy bomber formations. However, no scientific achievements could save Germany, destroyed by the contradictory actions of the dictator.
