It seems that in Anastasia Kucherenko’s poems, dedicated to the ancient art of Spanish gypsies, flamenco, everything is given over to a passionate impulse of feelings: both words, lyrical images, and rhyme. And this is not surprising, because the talented poetess herself, in addition to the fact that she has danced flamenco for many years, has a PhD in art history, and it has long been scientifically proven that flamenco dance awakens the creativity in a person, the “duende.” The dancer, as well as the audience, begin to see poetry in the everyday, imagining their life as a dance in which they improvise with inspiration...
