The book contains the morning conversations of Teacher Beins Duno, held with students in the village of “Izgrev” (“Sunrise”), which arose in a pine forest near Sofia. By watching the sunrise and taking walks in the forest, the students came into closer contact with nature. Morning is an important moment of the day, when the influx of life-giving solar energy is greatest, it renews a person physically and spiritually. Through his conversations, the Teacher helped the students to sense the Divine order that exists in Nature and to comprehend the foundations of Divine law and justice, without which it is impossible to know the Truth.
