This strange story began at a scientific conference in the USA, where the Russian electronics physicist Bragin was invited, and where leading American companies became interested in his scientific breakthrough inventions. One fine day, they harshly demanded from Bragin a flash drive with programs recorded on it and a demo version of his system product. The Russian scientist refused.
