A ghost bringing death roams the land of Girma. His hands are squeezing the throat of Humanity more and more. The war does not subside for a second, and who will win it largely depends on our heroes. One of them is a simple peasant boy named Yargan, who has a rare gift. The environment refuses to accept him, but he could serve society for the good. Fate brings Yargan to the Order of the Griffin, who wants to use the boy to achieve his own goals. It is unknown what consequences this may lead to. The second story tells about a girl from an aristocratic family, whose family died during another feudal war. Astrid miraculously escaped, but her life turned into a nightmare. Despite all the difficulties, she was able to adapt and now, obsessed with revenge, she is looking for those responsible for the death of her parents and younger brother. It would seem that these are two completely different stories, but they have a lot in common. In what a strange way can the destinies of people from different generations be intertwined...
