Information obtained during organizational design about the timing of construction and execution of certain types of work is used to determine the volume of necessary resources and their optimal distribution over time. Contains the necessary information for performing practical exercises, including the main elements of network diagrams, time parameters, calculation algorithm, rules for constructing network models, coding of events and work. The main methods for calculating network graphs in tabular form and on a graph, constructing a network graph on a time scale, in the form of a line diagram, graphs for the movement of workers and the distribution of funds and their optimization are modern basic methods of organizational design, used in resource allocation and allow obtaining comparable results .
