Miller, but he not only commanded this army, but was also the Supreme Ruler of the Northern Territory, which was, as we know, a “state within a state” that even issued its own money. It was General Miller who also headed the largest White Guard center - the Russian All-Military Union (ROVS), the fight against which the counterintelligence agencies of the Soviet country devoted a lot of time and effort...
