The subject of analysis in this publication is the agricultural policy of the Soviet state in Siberia in the 1930s. and its impact on the dynamics, qualitative and quantitative characteristics of agriculture in the region. The authors pay special attention to highlighting structural changes in agricultural production, taxation of the village, and the economic behavior of the peasantry. The work consists of two parts. The first part publishes a number of information-rich documents of a reference and analytical nature. The second part is a monographic analytical essay in which the processes under study are reconstructed.
