The story of the “father of Russian futurism” David Burliuk, written in 1921 in Japan and published only in an English translation (1954), is reproduced for the first time from an archival manuscript. Filonov is the surname of its main character, whose real prototype was the same Russian and Soviet avant-garde artist, Pavel Nikolaevich Filonov. The events of this semi-memoir story take place in St. Petersburg in the artistic environment of the 1910s. The publishing layout is saved in a4.pdf format.
