Le Docteur, the arch-terrorist, founder of the radicalized Islamic movement, NEMESIS, and his companion in life and in crime, are now back in Europe. They are still determined to avenge the maltreatment of Muslims by the enemies of Islam — the Crusaders, Colonialists, Communists, Capitalists and Jews. Le Docteur sends Lara and Fatima on a mission to Bologna. The women carry out two spectacular terrorist attacks — destroying the due tori, the two towers that are the symbol of the city and setting off a small bomb inside the Anatomical Theater, the epitome mark of Western medicine — just a diversion. The real target is to remove the blasphemous mural in the San Petronio Basilica depicting the Prophet Mohammad being devoured in hell by a monster. The attacks succeed but raise the suspicion of Mossad agent David Avivi that NEMESIS and Le Docteur are back. Fatima and Lara get word about a 280 mm artillery fired atomic projectile (AFAP) that was stolen in the 1970s from a US army base by members of the Baader-Meinhoff gang. They target San Petersburg but things soon get out of control. Can Mossad agent David Avivi stop them?
