Among the numerous memoirs about Alexander Blok, the memoirs of Andrei Bely (B. N. Bugaev; 1880-1934), a major Russian symbolist writer, stand out for their uniqueness. Blok’s peer is connected with him by a long-term and complex relationship of “friendship-enmity”. A.
