This work is a “bockwell” on the sidelines of the alternative reality “Kirov Spring”, is a continuation of the book “Kirov Spring 1940” and has the seventh serial number in the “Kirov Spring” series. It describes the forks of history in which the situation in USSR aviation in an alternative reality, the “Kirov Spring” differs from our reality. Then, using 23 tables, the progress of Soviet aircraft construction from 1931 to 1941 is examined in detail, a description is given of the main types of aircraft used and their comparison with each other, a description of the alternative organizational structure of the USSR Air Force is given, the ratio of forces of the USSR and German Air Forces for June 1941 is given in absolute numbers and as a percentage for each military district.
