In 1969, the magazine “Journalist” published a libel by a certain Ivan the Red-Bryzhiy on the published “changeover” collection of the Strugatsky brothers. Several people tried to respond to the publication of this lampoon. Among them was Samuil Lurie. On March 24, 1969, Boris Natanovich wrote to his brother: “Sasha (that was the name of Samuil Aronovich’s friends and relatives) Lurie wrote a brilliant feuilleton about Krasnobryzhy here. I read and laughed like a fool. But where to place it is unknown. At Neva, the main one said: it’s inconvenient, because we publish the Strugatskys. In 2013, we (representatives of the group of researchers of the Strugatskys’ work “Ludens”) turned to Samuil Aronovich with a request to find this text.
