Time management by pomodoro. How to concentrate on one thing for at least 25 minutes
after payment (24/7)
(for all gadgets)
(including for Apple and Android)
You have a lot to do today. The to-do list has grown to a kilometer long, and at the same time you are constantly being pulled. You tell others to leave you alone, only to find distractions attacking you from within: thoughts of an important phone call suddenly pop into your head, you feel the overwhelming urge to check your email or Twitter, or you find yourself reading news on the Internet - but things still don’t move. All you need to do is stop getting distracted and really focus on one thing for 25 minutes. The pomodoro method described in the book does not require complex tools - just a few sheets of paper, a pencil and a regular kitchen timer - for example, in the form of a pomodoro. This method can be used either on its own or as a complement to popular time management techniques. Once you master the art of concentration, you will be able to do much more without spending extra time.
