The book is a complete description of the Laravel 9 framework for rapid website development in PHP. A short introductory course for beginners is given, which describes the development of a simple educational website - an electronic bulletin board. Basic Laravel tools are described: migrations, models, routes, controllers, templates, tools for processing user input and saving uploaded files, validators, templates, paginators and access control tools. We talk about more advanced tools: dependency injection, providers, intermediaries, events and their processing, sending email, alerts, queues and deferred jobs, built-in scheduler, caching tools, site localization and expanding the capabilities of the built-in artisan utility.
