Кетрін О’Коннор - яскравий персонаж, який викликає симпатію з перших сторінок. Її рішучість та бажання захистити племінниць від сумнівних методів виховання роблять її дуже близькою і зрозумілою. Особливо вразила сцена зустрічі з доктором Вінном Джефрісом, де їхня суперечка перетворюється на щось більше, ніж просто обмін думками. Автор майстерно передає емоції, що виникають між героями, і створює атмосферу, наповнену магією Різдва. Книга спонукає задуматися про важливість виховання, але в той же час дарує надію на любов і щастя. Рекомендую всім, хто любить теплі, зворушливі історії, які залишають по собі приємний післясмак!
