“Migrants” is a story by Flegont Arsenyevich Arsenyev (1832–1889) - writer, ethnographer, teacher, researcher of the Vologda and Prisheksninsky regions. Published in the almanac “Hunting Spaces” No. 2 for 2003. Hunting stories of F. A. Arsenyev were published in the magazines “Domestic Notes”, “Time”, “Journal of Hunting” and other thematic publications. His literary heritage includes more than fifty works. Among them are “Sheksna River Region”, “Zyryans and Their Hunting”, “Vologda Province”, etc.
