But an ordinary bureaucratic complaint turns into a story of life, ups and downs, rare moments of happiness. With humor, he talks about his first and only love, about his childhood, about his daughter, whom he has not seen for two decades and whose wedding he is in a hurry to attend. The hero, and along with him the reader, is thrown into laughter, then into tears. It is unlikely that anyone else will be able to write such a brilliant novel-complaint.
