So, here it is - “beautiful far away”, a bright future in the best of worlds. In my opinion, the amount of poison in the title of the cycle and in the stories themselves turns out to be approximately the same. And this is not post-apocalypse, as someone has already defined, and not real cyberpunk, and not dystopia - because dystopia is a serious thing, it seems that it cannot be done in the manner of a story. But I want it. Down to earth and not pretentious. And everyday. The narrator has little imagination. He, like a proper “respected citizen,” sings about what he sees. “Yes, it’s true - but one thing worries me: who should I thank for being alive?” And his story is not over. Perhaps he will soon want to tell you something else.
