Hello, my dear reader! “Colloquial speech is words, expressions, grammatical forms and constructions common in non-literary colloquial speech, characteristic of poorly educated native speakers and clearly deviating from existing literary language norms. The bearer of the vernacular is the uneducated and semi-educated urban population...” this is what Wikipedia says about one of the forms of the Russian language. I, a simple Russian person who has heard and spoken these very colloquial words since childhood, really wanted to refute the statement that “colloquial vocabulary is words with a stylistically reduced, rude and even vulgar connotation.” I wanted to show the beauty of this “uncharacteristic of bookish, exemplary speech” language, its unique literary capabilities, its unique tenderness and preserved pristine purity. The use of a large number of outdated Slavic and Old Russian words, synonyms, and colloquial expressions gives this work a unique originality of speech and picturesqueness. At the end of the text, the meanings of outdated words used in the work are given. Sincerely, Elena Aseeva. This book is unusual and unique, as it is written using a large number of outdated Slavic and Old Russian words, synonyms, which give the novel a unique originality of speech and picturesqueness. The work will be of interest to all lovers of fairy tales, because it is based on the beliefs, traditions, myths and legends of the ancient Slavs.
