The book contains memories of childhood and study in my small homeland, in the city of Dankov, and further study at the Moscow Peat Institute with the transition to the newly formed group of hydraulic engineers-hydromechanizers of earthworks, newly formed in 1949, in connection with the ongoing construction of large HPP.The following describes in detail the work in the “Hydromechanization” trust of the Ministry of Energy and at construction sites in the trust’s SU with all the technical achievements and shortcomings, with a close link to the situation in the country and their assessment.
