The Universal Cosmic Laws of Evolution, set out in the book, were dictated by the Hierarchy of the Forces of Light, the Ascended Teachers and the Lords of Shambhala to accelerate the self-transformation and development of humanity during the period of changing cosmic cycles. Everything in Cosmos is subject to these Laws. They are the basic principles of harmony, justice and a reasonable structure of existence. Man is a particle of the Cosmos, a microcosm, and his life also depends on the Universal Laws, whether a person knows about them or not. If he knows, then life is easier for him. If, out of ignorance or intentionally, he violates them, he creates serious problems for himself, and therefore subsequently suffers. The very knowledge and understanding of these Laws already protects a person from rash actions and decisions, which in itself allows him to avoid serious difficulties on his life path and build a meaningful and happy life. The “Big Book of Laws” is being prepared for publication, where comments from the authors will be given to all Cosmic Laws.
