This time, an elderly respectable couple is found dead in their villa Skogli. The case is being led by Anita Hegg, familiar to the reader from the previous novel “Beyond” (Text, 2008) and a friend of Inspector Wallmann, who was closely acquainted with the victims. During another parallel investigation, a frozen, unidentifiable corpse was discovered. Wallmann comes to the conclusion that all traces lead to Villa Skogli.
