And involuntary interference in the detective Russian-German intrigue of the young political scientist Kalenin. Like any good literature, this text is polyphonic. Some will read it as a masterfully written merciless satire on the morals of the “dashing 90s” in Bulgakov’s style; others will shudder, feeling the tentacles of the dangerous past very close. Is it a passing nature? The steeply brewed and rich detective-political broth of Maxim Teply is undoubtedly to the taste of the reader: as you know, you quickly get used to good things and begin to feel a sense of gratitude to the author. After all, there is an opportunity to find out about something classified as “top secret”, albeit in a crafty literary form.
