Residents of the ancient city of Vetrograd, which exists in two realities - modern and fairy-tale - it seems that they see part of life in a dream. This dichotomy did not arise by chance. A parallel world was created using magic. Once upon a time, a powerful sorcerer forged magic rings and distributed them to the most beautiful girls in the city. These rings turned them into selfish conquerors of men's hearts, and men into weak-willed captives. The main character of the book, a talented artist, works hard to provide a luxurious life for his calculating girlfriend. For a long time he looked for a modest, kind, intelligent girl, but he met only cold beauties. And then one day he found his ideal, but it turned out that his chosen one was entangled in evil spells and lived in two worlds. Now the artist must find the sorcerer and kill him in order to destroy the ghostly world of soulless captors and their unfortunate slaves.
