The book gives characteristics of all, without exception, significant characters in the epic, lyric, and dramatic works of A. S. Pushkin. The author is interested in the hero’s place in the plot of the work, his role function, and the means of creating character. The main attention is paid to the analysis of the text through the prism of the hero.
