A new book by scientist and politician Alexander Sevastyanov is devoted to strategic issues of overcoming the crisis and the further progressive development of the country. In recent years, the authorities have persistently conjured society with the concept of the “middle class.” He was credited with the best qualities, called hope and support for future prosperity. And society believed. And there was no one who understood the topic and gave answers to many questions. What is the middle class? Why is he so attractive to the authorities? Can it really become the basis of the productive forces of a modern state? Are there layers in society with greater efficiency? This book convincingly proves that in the 21st century the value of the intellectual component of any product is growing. But it is precisely this component that is provided not by the “middle”, but by another, higher class. And, if we want to successfully overcome the crisis and wake up one day in a modern technocratic country, we must debunk the utopia and face the truth.
