In a small village in the country Drevinka, orphan sisters Celine and Amelie Fou make a living by selling medicinal herbs in a pharmacy shop. Celine makes extra money by posing as a seer and pretending to read people's destinies. But they live in the land of great noble houses vying for power, so when the sisters refuse to obey the orders of a princely warlord, they are forced to flee. And ultimately they find temporary shelter with the warlord's brother, Prince Anton. A series of strange deaths of beautiful young girls plague the villages around Prince Anton's castle. He offers Céline and Amelie permanent protection if they can use their "skills" to find the killer. With little choice, the sisters are forced to enter a world unknown to them - exquisite dresses and banquets, the courtship of powerful men. Their survival depends on catching a killer who appears to walk through walls and disappear without a trace. The danger around them is growing every day.
