The purpose of the collection is to clarify possible points of view on the beginning and end of the universe, as well as to search for principles for correlating scientific and theological approaches. In this regard, anthropological and ethical issues are considered: to what extent can the modern idea of man and morality be correlated with the idea of creation and the eschatological perspective? Aren't the principles of this correlation common to science, anthropology and ethics? In addition to the works of leading contemporary theologians, the collection includes selected reports from the international conference “Theology of Creation”, organized jointly by the BBI and the STOQ project (Rome) with the support of the Pontifical Council for Culture on October 13–17, 2010 in Zvenigorod.
