If you are the grandson of a famous poet, then your life and thoughts must be somehow special. You should probably think about something great and be terribly far from your peers. But this is not at all necessary. Alyoshka, the grandson of Robert Rozhdestvensky, is like all boys; he is a cheerful, mischievous dreamer, suffering from the prohibitions of adults. Alyoshka dreams of growing up quickly so that he can chew dirty carrots for his own pleasure, sit on the windowsill, build a bridge from books and open the oven whenever he wants. But even despite the prohibitions and restrictions, Alyoshka, like millions of other boys, shouts to the sun, the sky and everyone, everyone, everyone: I feel good! I live!
