Long ago, the craters of a nuclear war were overgrown with weeds. The surviving humanity returned back to the Middle Ages to lick their wounds. Devastated nature is quickly recovering, adapting to new conditions - mutagenic mushrooms appear in the forests, which change all living things around beyond recognition. The difficulties of surviving in new conditions push people to use fungal mutagen; many warriors improve their skills, increase strength and agility, acquiring the properties of various animals.

Now the revived world is inhabited by dangerous mutants and mutahumans, it is possible to survive in it only together . And where people gather together, superstitions arise, giving birth to prophets and new religions that require the unconditional devotion of followers.
