(for all gadgets)
(including for Apple and Android)
The work of Alexander Kondratiev (1876-1967) is united by one main motive - love for antiquity. Entering the world of this book, we find ourselves in the surreal, mythological space of ancient gods and demonic creatures, connected with the thinnest threads with the life of the 20th century. Concerned and burdened by modernity, we experience a sweet feeling of connection with the beautiful, plunging into the world of human culture. The compiler and author of the preface of the collection is Vadim Kreid, professor of Slavic studies at the University of Iowa, USA, researcher of Russian emigrant poetry. The section "Poems from different years" is compiled from publications on the Internet and is not available in the paper edition.
