Three best friends - Dodo, Nora and Claire - have known each other since school, from childhood spent in provincial Pinneberg. In adulthood, they live in different cities, work in different fields, communicate with different people and are interested in completely different things. And yet, every year they meet to go on a short trip together - in their native Germany or abroad. These outings are a kind of delicacy, similar to the famous chocolate sets called “Cat's Tongues”, which they adored together when they were little. The next trip begins, as always, in joyful turmoil. None of the friends yet knows that the usual entertainment, painted in touching nostalgic tones, will turn into a real drama when, by coincidence, sad and even criminal secrets come to light.
