An ancient painting with the ominous title “Bluebeard’s Lover” has been stolen from the city museum. For some reason, the thieves ignored the unspoken rule and took away the canvas along with the heavy stretcher. Police captain Arkhip Shchukin, guessing about the mysterious past of the stolen exhibit, is trying to find out its origin. Захоплююча історія з елементами детективу та історії!
Книга "Коханка Синьої бороди" вразила мене своєю інтригуючою сюжетною лінією та глибоким зануренням у таємниці минулого. Автор майстерно поєднує детективний жанр з історичними елементами, що робить читання не лише захоплюючим, але й пізнавальним. Персонажі, зокрема капітан Архип Щукін, прописані дуже детально, і їхні переживання та мотивації викликають співчуття. Я була вражена, як автор вдало передає атмосферу епохи, а також емоції, пов'язані з викраденням картини. Історія про Наталі ді Монтеверіо та її зв'язок з портретом додає ще більше глибини до сюжету. Книга тримає в напрузі до останньої сторінки, і я не могла відірватися від читання! Рекомендую всім, хто любить детективи з історичним підтекстом та незвичайними поворотами сюжету!
