The book by Dr. Rudolf Steiner, an outstanding German philosopher, the founder of modern European spiritual science - anthroposophy, is dedicated to understanding natural science medicine in the light of the highest nature of man: the developing self. The book was written in collaboration with Dr. Ita Wegman, who headed medical section of the Higher School of Spiritual Science and the first clinic in Switzerland, where, in particular, the healing methods and remedies described in this work were practiced.
