Far from the galactic centers on the remote planet Wasteland, or Poltergeist, people live in truly hothouse conditions. Eternal leisure, provided by the wonderful properties of nature, gives them the opportunity to devote all their time to entertainment, mainly virtual. Reality and the game are intertwined in their minds. But suddenly their life turned upside down poses the question to the inhabitants of Poltergeist: are they able to defend their freedom in real battles, when friends die nearby, monstrous combat robots destroy not imaginary, but their homes and “reboot” the game impossible?
